What happens to your personal data?

We treat all personal data confidentially. We do not pass on data to third parties who are not connected with us in connection with the processing of the order or the transaction.

You have of course the right to receive information regarding your data recorded by us. For this, please contact admixx SUPPORT.
In order to protect your personal data from unauthorised access by third parties, we use SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption system for every data transaction on our web site. This software offers a high level of security, encrypting your entire personal data, account number, sort code, name and address, using a code which, according to the current state of technology, cannot be read by unauthorised third parties, this way making the transfer of your data safe.

When you place an order with us, we will require your personal data, as well as information on delivery and method of payment. We store these data and only pass these on to affiliated companies assisting us with the processing of your order.

For your convenience, you can create a personal account in the ARRI Store. This account is used to store your personal data, which will then be automatically available to you on your next visit to the ARRI Store when entering your user name and your password, which you can select freely. You can then view, change and delete these access data. You should never disclose your access data (user name and randomly selectable password) to third parties.

This is not possible. The working time to get your item out of stock longs 3-4 days.
